Dancing the Possibilities
For your consideration……
I love, love, love today’s message. For me it is a reminder. As a control freak, “letting go of the outcome” has/is a major learning lesson for me even though I have learned over and over again how true it is.
Why is letting go of the outcome so important? Because it unleashes the Universe’s full potential where “possibilities” are unlimited. Where we have boundaries, the Universe has none.
There is nothing that the Universe of God can not handle…..better and in bigger ways than we can even imagine. We need to think about that the next time we are stuck, puzzled, perplexed, at our wits end, sad, scared, angry, frustrated etc. We need to just turn it over and ask for the highest outcome for the highest good. And that should cover it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate- Feel the realm of possibilities sitting in your authentic self.
-Drink lots of water. Trying to lose weight? Try drinking 2 cups of water before each meal.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Zero in on at least 1 thing today that is stressing you out. Give it up to God and his Universe and asked that it be resolved in the highest good.
-When you come home today, before you begin anything else, go somewhere by yourself. Even if it has to be the bathroom, go there. Sit in silence with yourself for 5 minutes. Do some neck and shoulder rolls. Take some deep breaths and chill.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-And easy ride home from Stillwater.
-Dude’s vet will see him today. He has skin issues that are making us crazy so I can only imagine how he feels.
-I have keyboard issues. I went to buy a new one and Staples gave me one for free to use until I see what Microsoft is going to do. Wahoo.
-I heard from both my girls.
-Alex had a great flight home and a great flight herself today. You go girl! And it is still a good possibility we will see her this weekend.
