I love today’s message. It is so clear and so simple. It is simply this. Wherever we go, whatever we do, the opportunity to plant a seed of ourselves exists.
We can plant HOPE.
We can plant encouragement.
We can plant confidence.
We can plant companionship.
We can plant dreams.
We can plant laughter and joy.
We can plant integrity.
We can plant strength.
We can plant purpose.
We can plant accomplishment.
We can plant generosity.
We can plant happiness.
We can plant imagination and creativity.
We can plant responsibility.
We can plant support.
We can plant understanding.
Wherever you go today, plant a little seed of the wonder of you. Water it with love and feel the power in the growth of your authentic self.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate. Bring your authentic self front and forward.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables.
-Leave a seed of the best of you behind wherever you go.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Wow, a full day starting with my Sunday class with Gena.
-Lots of wrapping and card making.
-Daina’s bridal shower. It was so fun seeing Daina and Bill happy. And, of course, seeing friends and catching up. Fun, fun, fun.
-Catching up with my Sis.
