For your consideration…..
Today’s message is very brief but it was so implicit I feel it is best to leave it so.
“Your heart is created in your creator’s image. Listen, feel, love with all of your heart. Share that experience. The exchange is the pure joy.”
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate. Breath evenly and slowly until you reach your inner self. Be still with it.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors. Don’t rush from your car into the building. Walk slowly and soak up the sunshine. Breath the air in deeply.
-Find an uplifting book and carry it with you. Refer to it as you have free moments or tough ones.
What made me smile yesterday……
-AJ got his first home run Saturday.
-A beautiful warm sunny day.
-A trip for flowers with my favorite girls.
-A salon afternoon
-Dinner on Aubree’s patio
-Updates on Alex’s trip to her new home.
-Catching up with Jodie
