For your consideration……

Wow, I am not sure why, but we are back to anger.

Anger serves a purpose. It is an indicator that something is out of whack. Something or someone has assaulted us, our values, our purpose etc. Something or someone has impeded the natural flow of our life.

But it is just that, an indicator that a course correction is needed. Anger has exactly the amount of power we give it. We can feed it and grow it or we can discard it as empty refuse.

It can be easy to get sucked in and feed anger, especially if we feel or know we are right and have good reason for it. But that is just a so what. Because carrying the negative energy of anger around erodes the quality of the entirety of our life. It can consume us and eat us alive. That is anger in the negative.

But initially anger  is good because it draws our attention to an area of our life or situation that needs to be addressed. If you feel angry, notice it. Figure out the basis of it. Then let it go. It has served its purpose.That is anger in the positive.

Use anger to your best benefit. That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate. Let go of anger or frustration and feel your inner peace.

-Drink lots of water cleansing the body and spirit.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-It is Friday. Make sure fun and relaxation is included in your weekend plans.

-Remember, journaling is good way to vent.

-Finally, a good catch up with Jackie.

-A beautiful SUNNY and warm day.
