Renewed HOPE

For your consideration….

Again today, I awoke to another song playing in my head. But unlike yesterday, I know why.

For me more than anything else, Easter Sunday reminds me of HOPE. It promises that once and for all “our salvation have procured”.

Whether you are Christian or not, the message today is to remember the gift of HOPE. Let go of judgement of yourself and others. You no longer need it and it no longer serves you. We are allowed to stumble. It is ok. Stand back up and brush yourself off. Our salvation has been procured. Don’t miss the opportunity of the next moment. Be happy. Be joyous. Be loving. Be HOPEful.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate…pray….celebrate who you are.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Notice Mother Earth. Give her a nod, a wink and a blessing.

-Bless those you love.

-Relax, rejoice, love.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Shopping and putzing around..

-I gave Dude a bath out on the dock in the beautiful sun. Then I gave him a good brushing. He looks beautiful and he is so proud of himself. And he is grateful to me. Your pet loves you no matter what. But when I do something for Dude that he really loves, he always turns around and dances in front of me while looking right into my eyes. He does this until I laugh and tell him, “I know.” He has his faults but expressing gratitude is not one of them.

-My friend, Pat, called as I was thinking of her. How did I get such support?

-And I talked to my friend, Christine, another amazing women. Her new book “Newshere” is getting amazing reviews. I am not surprised. She is such a good listener. She is always able to hear what people are saying and wrap it up into words  so clear and concise. It puts everyone onto the “same page”.

-The Gordons are back home safe and sound after a great vacation.
