For your consideration……

We can grow and learn from competition. We can grow and learn from team participation.

We can learn how to be supportive and be supported. We can learn how to be creative. We can learn how to care for one another. We can learn different skill sets from one another. We can learn how it feels to celebrate as a team and how to commiserate as a team. We can learn synergy…..how much bigger and more powerful we are as the collective one versus the sum of each of our individual efforts.

Today we are being reminded that there is only one team. And we are all on it. We do not win unless our teammate wins. That is in all things big and little. It is in all people. Those we know and those we don’t. Our teammates are every other person who shares this world with us. We win when they win. We lose when they lose. We are being asked today to adopt a competitive winning attitude in conjunction with and support of each other. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate each and every day. The consistency is what will open up your channel to your Guidance.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get out doors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Recharge your senses and reconnect with Mother Nature. If you can, walk barefoot. If you can’t, smell and touch a tree, plant or flower. Feel the life energy in other living things.

-Make sure that you have pen and paper beside your bed to journal your dreams.

What made me smile yesterday…….

-Daughter number 1 and family had a safe trip to Florida.

-Daughter number 2 surprised me and asked me to lunch. We were both surprised that we were only a few miles apart. Ahhhh that Divine Timing.

-Reading on the dock with a warm sun and gentle breeze.

-Just as I was thinking I should invite Alex and Pat to dinner, I hear my phone with a text message from her asking if they could come to dinner. There is that Divine Timing again.

-A fun dinner.

-John passed his big test and will be able to come with Cathy to Alex’s winging. Wahoo.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
