For your consideration……

Recently we were reminded how our attitude affects our lives. My sense is that message was a “prep” for this one. Or maybe this message is an expansion of that message.

Irregardless, in the message today we reminded that our world is shifting very quickly. It is evolving. And we both individually and as a collective whole are as well. We are in this. On that we have no choice. But we do have a choice on how we deal with it. We have a choice on what attitude we apply to it.

Our life journey is moving from the outside in to the inside out. As we personally make that shift, we find ourselves becoming calmer and less afraid. As we continue our journey we are learning to trust and depend more on our internal knowing…our Guidance….versus the external influences.

The message today is to embrace that journey. It is normal to slip back into our old ways or ride the fence for a while. But as long as our mind and heart are open and we continue to go within, we will progress exactly as we are supposed to. Sometimes we may feel strange. This is new to many of us. But we are not alone. It is happening all over the world. I have had many conversations with my Sis and friends with this question, “Do you ever remember our mothers having these conversations…..asking these questions?” And the answer is, no. In our case it wasn’t until Mom was ill that we had conversations on life, death and beliefs.

But today is different. Those questions we have all had on life; what it is about, how it works, life after death, etc. are talked about all of the time. We are getting our answers from within. We are evolving. We are beginning to tap into our inner Guidance and work our lives from that sacred place.

Embrace that journey. Those who do will find the shift we are in much easier. Even more than that, they will find it exciting. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate…..Tapping into your inner Guidance will set you free. Remember no judgement. Some days are easier than others. It takes practice. But it is worth the effort. If you are struggling or new to meditation, just make the commitment to doing it everyday. Don’t put a time limit on it. Just do it daily.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Spend as much time outdoors as you can. Let Mother Earth recharge your batteries.

-Look for that first flower you see blooming. What does it mean to you? Draw it, write about it or do some automatic writing.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Another record-breaking temperatureĀ  day.

-The sun.

-An affirmation that my gut instinct is right on.

-And the night sky, with Venus and Jupiter shining sooooo brightly.

-Alex is down to 3 flights left. Wow. She may not think she is awesome but she is.

-Packing for our trip has begun.

-I finished a good book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
