Time Matters

For your consideration…….

We talk a lot about Divine Timing. But today the message is really about what we do with time as it presents itself.

More importantly we are reminded that each moment of time is an opportunity to love…..ourselves, our family, other people, our home, our pets, Mother Earth, God, our job…….everything. Because everything responds to love. So every moment of time matters. Giving our love to it matters because love trumps everything.

We all have huge capacity to love….limitless actually. It is important that we don’t “save it for special people or occasions.” It is like salt in food. When we add it, it brings out the best of everyone and everything. Put your stamp of love in all you say and do. That is what we are being asked to do. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can follow…..

-Meditate/pray…..tap into the source of your own power. Love yourself.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Be just a half second slow on your responses. Remember your best self….your real self…..your loving self. Let it respond.

-Remember….the last moment is gone. Be present in this moment. Make it the most it can be.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Another perfect day….a record setting day….at Stillwater

-Cathy and I had the time to talk for a long time. I miss her everyday.

-Sitting on my deck reading.

-Walking along the river….lots of people were out doing the same. Lots of boats are already back on the water. It is like the world is waking up.

-A relaxing drive back home.

-Number One daughter is missing in action but Number Two daughter is back to Pensacola safe and sound from her New Orleans trip.
