For your consideration…..
The message today is we have to “pitch a little hay”. What does that mean? It is a reminder that we need to be full participants in our life. Life is work. It requires our effort. The more effort we put into it the more we get out of it.
But we are also reminded that there is nothing in the rule book that says you can’t have fun doing it. Thirst for knowledge, quest for excitement, thrill of accomplishment, peace of love, anticipation of HOPE…..indeed the journey to true prosperity…..are great examples of “pitching hay” and having fun doing it.
We are not victims. We are in charge and activists for ourselves. Remember that. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…..drill down to what you want your life to be. Ask for the next step to accomplish it.
-Drink lots of water. Water is cleansing and purifying and helps with clarity.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Feel Mother Earth’s love and support.
-Trust your feelings. Deep down you know when someone is not telling you the whole story. Believe you.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A great school day.
-Touching base with my girls. It is only a little more than 2 weeks before we see our Alex.
-A fun night out with Bruce.
-We got the tarp up before the big wind and rain.
-Pay day.
