For your consideration……

Everyday in the “action” steps, meditation and/or prayer are mentioned first. It is because when we consistently get silent we open up a channel for direct communication with our Guidance. As we have said many times before, your Guidance is available to you 24/7 on all things big and small. There is no difference because there is no judgement.

Today we are being reminded that we get messages 24/7. Of course, at night it is through dreams. But how do we receive our Guidance throughout the day? In little subtle ways that seems inconsequential. But there are no coincidences. Everything is in Divine Order and in Divine Timing.

Here are examples of Guidance:

-You are about to do something and you get a pit in your stomach causing you to pause and reconsider.

-You are thinking about contacting someone and the phone rings and it is them.

-You are thinking or speaking of someone or something and your attention catches a bird calling or singing, or your phone chirps with an incoming message. Those are affirmations.

-You are walking to your car and your attention is called to something completely unrelated to what you are thinking. Why? Why is your attention being drawn to it? Is it an affirmation? Is it a call for course correction? Did you forget something?

-Or those times when it seems like everything is going wrong but turns out right….perfect in fact.

When your attention is drawn to something, pause and pay attention. That is your Guidance helping you, working for you. When you have those questions and/or concerns, they hear you. Listen to their response. It is there. It is always there. We just need to practice paying attention. That is the HOPE.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate and/or pray. Note the Guidance and advice you are given.

-Drink lots of water. It helps with the clarity and regeneration of our cells.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. If you can, take a walk.

-Make a mental note to pay attention to those signs or affirmations you get today. The more you pay attention the more you will notice. Don’t question or judge them. Just note them, be grateful and keep on moving through your day.

 

What made me smile yesterday……

-Breakfast with Carol at our club.

-Problem with our vacation rental is all taken care of.

-Lots of little household tasks done.

-I had a great card-making class. Great ideas and a fun group.

-And lots of fun at Mary and Don’s. We got Don all set up on Social Security and his iPod is loaded and ready to go on vacation. He’s happy.

-A great sense of accomplishment for the day.
