For your consideration…..
There has been a lot written here and elsewhere about the “shift”. Today it is being described to us much differently. It is like the Universe is a blossoming flower radiating loving energy. We are being told that this is a time of enormous growth for those who walk in step with this loving energy. And suffice to say these may be difficult times for those who don’t.
Open your hearts, heads and hands. Keep them open. Let the loving energy flow in and out. We have so many opportunities waiting for us as the Universe evolves into a higher consciousness and us with it, should we choose. Be excited for a new expanded life. Expect it. Want it. We have a choice. We always have a choice.
Finally, there was another reminder. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. YOU DO NOT WALK ALONE. You have help and guidance with you 24/7. God and the angels and guides he has provided you are standing, waiting, HOPEing that you will include them in everything…..every thought, decision, problem, joy, HOPE in every step of the way. They will not interfere. They will not overstep. They will not take over your free will. But they are anxiously waiting for you to invite them into your life and ask for their support. If you do your part, they will carry you to whole new levels you have yet to dream of. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate. Get peaceful with you. Be comfortable with you.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water.
-Talk to God, your angels and your guides. Ask for support even with silly things. In fact why not start out with silly things. Lighten up. It may be winter outside but the Universe is blossoming.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Every time I think of a phone conversation I had earlier in the week with my friend, Sandy, I giggle. We were remembering when we were teenagers and even into our twenties. We were always so excited when spring came and we went to shop for new bathing suits. Now it is our worst nightmare. We just giggle at the how changed our perspective is.
-A fun day at Todd and Mary’s celebrating all of us February birthday girls.
-Did I mention I slept until noon? Yeah, that made me smile alright.
-I received messages for 3 people yesterday. While I get messages sometimes for individuals, I have never received 3 separate ones for 3 separate people. While I have received messages for 2 of the people before, I have never gotten one for my Alex. I have gotten messages to me about her. But I have never been given a message directly for her. It was a busy day but I am so grateful.
