For your consideration…..
Of course today’s message is about love. But perhaps not the message as we would have expected it.
We are reminded that love is the most powerful energy of all. Literally, love conquers all. But love can not be tampered with. It must be free-flowing. Given freely and accepted freely.
We are often disappointed in love but that is because we put limitations, expectations, and conditions on it. We do that to try to capture it. But love must be free. Love doesn’t die. Our view of it does.
Love is always available to us….everywhere in all living things. It is up to us to open our hearts to feel it and accept it. But we are unavailable to do that unless we love ourselves first. We need to see our value first before we can freely give and accept love. We need to believe in ourselves and walk forward each day with confidence and self-love. That is the HOPE.
Stride forward with a firm, steady step
knowing with a deep, certain inner knowing
that you will reach every goal you set yourselves,
that you will achieve every aim.

Footprints on the Path
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate….today is about love. Focus on the love you have inside. Tap into it and bring it forward into your day.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. I started my day off this way. I may have to make it a daily habit to do this as soon as I wake up. It felt so great.
-Ask yourself the question throughout your day, “Am I looking at this objectively with love?” If not, change it up. Do an affirmation starting with, “I believe or I know…….”
What made me smile yesterday…..
-I felt so much better.
-I got some chores done that I have been putting off.
-A great dinner.
-Hearing about Shannon and Mac’s trip.
