For your consideration….

It seems like we had a message not long ago about a light house yet here it is again carrying a very explicit message. In these times of shift and truth we need to change up how we do things. Indeed most of our messages are about that.

My husband has a saying that always makes us laugh, “We’re knee deep in the hoopla now.” What one of us does not like to enter into the drama of life around us? Most of us have to admit we like those little tidbits of gossip that seem to spice up life.

Well, we need to find other ways to spice up our life. We’re dealing in truth and we need to rise above the “hoopla”…the drama. For most of us we know that. We really have always known that it is not right to capitalize or participate on others pain, humiliation, bragging etc. So this probably is not so hard a task.

Here is where it gets hard…..when it involves your friends, children, special co-workers…people we love. I am the first one to admit, if you hurt my friend or if my children are sad, I want to jump right in and fix or do battle. It is in my DNA. I am going to help either by fixing or commiserating with my injured loved one.

But what we have learned over the last few months is that is wrong thinking. It simply carries the horrible moment into the next. Even if our loved one is correct how does reenforcing it help? How does jumping into the “hoopla” help either of us?

Hard as it is, the better way is to stand back and be the “lighthouse”. Shine your light beaconing them back into the natural flow. Light their path out of the darkness. We may or may not ever know why we go through the lessons we do. But we always know there is light and something better on the other side. We were born with that promise imprinted on our soul. It is up to us to remember it. It is up to us to help our loved ones remember it. When they are in darkness, be the lighthouse. That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate….breath out what no longer serves you. Breath in HOPE, love and light.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be conscious….stay in the moment….if it is not positive….if it is not of light….stand back and just be the lighthouse.

-Journal. Pick a time…morning or night….or whenever you have a free moment. Journal your thoughts. Let them be random. Don’t worry about punctuation, grammar of if they are whole sentences. Just capture your thoughts and feelings.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-My cold is improving.

-My girls both just doing their thing and having fun doing it.

-I thought the Grammy’s were well done. We love music. Music is just good for the soul.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
