For your consideration……

Our message today was delivered through this song…..

If I Had Only Known

by Jana Stanfield and Craig Douglas Morris

If I had only known
It was the last walk in the rain
I’d keep you out for hours in the storm
I would hold your hand
Like a life line to my heart
Underneath the thunder we’d be warm
If I had only known
It was our last walk in the rain

If I had only known
I’d never hear your voice again
I’d memorize each thing you ever said
And on those lonely nights
I could think of them once more
Keep your words alive inside my head
If I had only know
I’d never hear your voice again

You were the treasure in my hand
You were the one who always stood beside me
So unaware I foolishly believed
That you would always be there
But then there came a day
And I turned my head and you slipped away

If I had only known
It was my last night by your side
I’d pray a miracle would stop the dawn
And when you’d smile at me
I would look into your eyes
And make sure you knew my love
For you goes on and on
If I had only known
If I had only known
The love I would’ve shown
If I had only known

Yes, this song reminds us to say what is on our hearts to those we love so we have no regrets. It is a good and important message. But that is only part of it.

Remember, our spirits are awakening. We were asked yesterday to let our spirit lead the way. Today we are again reminded to speak from our heart….speak our truth from our authentic self….to everyone….in every situation.

Additionally, we are being told to ask those questions we bite our tongue on for some unknown reason. I am sure we all have those unknown family questions. There are things we didn’t understand but did not think we were supposed to ask….the proverbial skeletons in the closet. Ask the questions.

What about those deeper questions on belief systems. Assuming does not cut it anymore. We are in the age of truth. Throw those questions out there. And don’t be afraid of the follow-up “Why?”

And it isn’t just with family. Throw your questions out to friends. Ask those ethics questions in your work place, schools, committees or groups you are involved with.

What about those things you do that make no sense. You do it because it has “always” been done this way. Ask why? When something doesn’t make sense to you, or just doesn’t seem to sit right, ask questions. Maybe there are valid reasons behind the process. But maybe, you are right and they are just passed down processes that are no longer valid.

When we speak from or ask questions from our authentic self, we can not go wrong. That is what we are reminded of today. Truth wins. That is our HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE actions steps anyone can take……

-Meditate….notice what bubbles up from your quiet authentic self.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.

-As you think of questions that can not be answered in the moment, right them down.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A great walk along the river. There was a bright sun, bright blue sky and light fluffy clouds scattered randomly for effect.

-I listened to a great talk about 2012 on Angels Teach website.

-A great Human  Design class. Human Design is fascinating.

-My Alex is a genius. Remember the 4.5 hours I spent with tech people for my computer on Saturday which ultimately did not resolve a thing? My Alex solved it in 4.5 seconds.

-Yeah, we have to change some of our dates, but we have found our vacation condo exactly where we want it to be.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
