For your consideration…

We have all heard and referenced the phrase, “There is light at the end of the tunnel.” I love the above quote. It syncs with our message today that says, “We always have light when we remember the light within us.” We do not have to wait for light. We always have it.

“An age is called Dark not because the light fails to shine but because people fail to see it.”…James Mitchner

Our light is a beacon to not only ourselves but to others as well. We light the darkness.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A fun day teaching at Skyline High School.

-Catching up with Alex and Mary.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
