For your consideration…

Our message actually came in via the Bing Crosby song, “Count Your Blessings.” “Count your blessings instead of sheep” were the lyrics but I am going to include all of them because they are great examples of what our message is about. Certainly, each one of us can pause, look around us and realize how blessed we are.

When I’m worried and I can’t sleepI count my blessings instead of sheepAnd I fall asleep counting my blessingsWhen my bankroll is getting smallI think of when I had none at allAnd I fall asleep counting my blessings
… I think about a nursery and I picture curly headsAnd one by one I count them as they slumber in their bedsIf you’re worried and you can’t sleepJust count your blessings instead of sheepAnd you’ll fall asleep counting your blessings
… I think about a nursery and I picture curly headsAnd one by one I count them as they slumber in their bedsIf you’re worried and you can’t sleepJust count your blessings instead of sheepAnd you’ll fall asleep counting your blessings

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE actions steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.” …Blessing

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness…Blessing

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. (Access to clean water is a blessing.”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. (Clean air is a blessing.:

-Count our blessings.
