For your consideration.

Recently I heard someone say, “They couldn’t see the truth if it jumped up and bit them in the nose.” Perhaps you have heard that saying as well.

What prevents people..us… from seeing the truth? It is usually fear. Accepting reality is what leads us to truth. Reality is always right in front of us. But we don’t always see it because we are afraid or because it is not what we wanted it to be.

Our message tells us that we always have access to truth. It is up to us to first the the reality that leads to it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Accept reality.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Got errands run.

-Louie looks handsome from his trip to the groomers.

-Catching up with my girls.

-A new book in a series I’m reading.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
