Don’t Worry

For your consideration…

I often say how happy I am when our message comes in via a song. But sometimes I can’t wait to write the blog so that it will get out of my head. Not so today because as the lyrics play over and over in my head, I keep on smiling.

Our message came in via the Bob Marley song, “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright.”

Rise up this mornin’,
Smiled with the risin’ sun,
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin’ sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true,
Sayin’, (“This is my message to you-ou-ou:”)

Singin’: “Don’t worry ’bout a thing,
‘Cause every little thing gonna be all right.”

These simple lyrics remind us to relax, let go as many of our messages this week have told us. Everything is gonna be alright. Just keep on smiling and and use these lyrics as an affirmation…

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…”Every little thing is gonna be alright.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful mixed weather day.

-After lots of ups and downs after taking Mary for a biopsy that did not happen, we have a plan.

-Mary spent the night.

-James, Alex and Conner came for dinner.

A new book.
