For your consideration…

We all have times when we feel sad. Sometimes it is slow coming on, a building over time. Sometimes it is very sudden, coming out of no where.

Our message today tells us that it is important that we acknowledge our sadness and let it play out through us. We need to be honest with it.

I love these Rumi words, “Sadness brings surrender and a deep desire to be free.”

There is a second part of today’s message. It is about the honesty of our emotions part. We are all a part of the whole. We are all a part of each other. The emotions we are holding onto are the emotions we project on others. We are asked to be aware and be honest. Do we want to project our sadness, anger, misery, etc. on others or do we want to project joy, understanding, gratitude, and love?

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Live your emotions and move onto freedom.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Jackie, Lori, and Alex.

-I found the perfect container for my cards at the auction tonight.

-A good book.

-A great night’s sleep. Finally.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
