It Is What It Is

For your consideration…..

Today’s message is again a reminder of the ultimate reality regarding time and energy.

Every moment of every day we are constantly making decisions. We would probably not rank “I think I will go get dressed now” with “I am going to quit my job”. But in reality they are the same because there is no judgement. It is the energy we attach to decisions that make the difference.

Everything…..everything….just is what it is. What happens to “it” is determined by the energy in the form of feelings that we attach to “it”. So the same exact thing means something different to every person.

This means that each moment we have an opportunity. Each moment we can decide to apply positive energy to any thing that is thrown our way. Even if we initially act in the negative, we can turn it around in the next moment through positive thoughts, outlook, rethinking, affirmations etc.

We are in control of our energy, always. What we do with it makes all the difference. Choose HOPE and LOVE…that is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate. Feel the power of you. Feel your energy.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Notice how refreshed your feel when you pause and do this. You can to this anytime you need a moment.

-Close your eyes and try to picture the colors of your energy. Is your energy happy, sad etc.? Journal it and do it again tomorrow. Is it different?

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Oh the sun….the sun….came back. Oh how I miss you when I can not see you!

-A perfect ride home from Stillwater.

-No news is good news. Right, daughters?

-We keep getting phone solicitors for home refinancing. It feels so good to say, “Sorry, ours is done.” Wahoo.

-A great Human Design class. Wow, so much to learn. But every bit of knowledge is good stuff.
