For your consideration…

I love this Eleanor Roosevelt quote and couldn’t resist using it. It goes well with today’s message.

But our message is just a bit different. Our message today tells us that life is not being thrown at you. Life is flowing through you.

This doesn’t sound like much of a difference but it is huge. It is the victim versus the survivor attitude. When life flows through us we have some control of how we want it to flow because we become part of it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Experience life with a grateful and optimistic attitude.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day despite some rain and clouds.

-Alex, James and Conner came home.-Louie misses Moose.

-A new mystery.

-Beth and I went to dinner then to see a taped Andrea Bocelli performance at the theater. It was so uplifting.

-Catching up with Mary.

-Alex is getting an offer for the PA job so wants.

Blessings, Love, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
