For your consideration….

Yesterday I had a couple of older women come to my front door. I believe they were from a church but they did not say which one. After they introduced themselves, they started the conversation talking about current events snuffing out HOPE. i explained I understood and therefore watched very little news. They shared a Bible verse and said they may come back at a later date.

Today’s massage came in via that visit.  All too often we hear people say “There is no HOPE.” or that they are losing HOPE. If there is no HOPE, there would be utter despair. HOPE is what keeps us from that desolate place.

Knowing this we are reminded to stoke our HOPE for our highest good and the highest good of all..for the highest good of the world. How? We do that every time we acknowledge a blessing. We do that every time we offer help. We do that every time we smile at a stranger. We do that with our hugs. We do this every time we offer to hear and listen to others even if we don’t agree. We do that by trying new things and learning new lessons…..etc.

Stoke HOPE.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…-

Affiirm…“You are loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Stoke HOPE.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

=Mary’s surgery went well. I took dinner and took it to her and her girls.

=It was Conner’s 3rd birthday. I went and had dinner with them.

-Catching up with Shannon.

-A good book series.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
