For your consideration…

No excuses. If you feel like you need a break, take it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

=Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Take a break when you need it.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Some cards made.

-My granddaughter came over to “shop” for household items for her new place.

-A good book.

-Catching up with my sister and Alex.
