For your consideration…
Without a doubt, we live on the most beautiful planet in the Universe or any Universe we know about so far.
Mother Earth is not only beautiful. She is a provider. She is nurturing. She is resilient. She can be angry at times, then calms and heals. She is steady through her days, months, years and seasons. She sees no color, race, gender. She holds no political views nor does she take sides in arguments. She is patient, kind, and loving.
These are but a few words describing the indescribable Mother Earth. Our message today asks us to take our cures from Mother Earth. Be like Mother Earth.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.

-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Take cues from Mother Earth.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day. It had everything but snow.
-A trip to my favorite farm stand.
-Dinner with Alex and Conner.
-Conner’s laugh.
-A good book.
