Listen…to Your Heart

For your consideration…

It seems like we  have had a lot of messages centered around our heart lately. As well, we should.

Our message today came in via the song by Roxette, “Listen to Your Heart.”  In particular these lyrics;

Listen to your heart
Take a listen
When he’s calling for you
Listen to your heart

There’s nothing else you can do.
I don’t know where you’re going
And I don’t know why,
But listen to your heart

Too often we let our head get in the way. We don’t know what we should do. We can’t see the outcome. We hesitate or we act out of fear. But our message today tells us to pause, go within. Listen to your heart. Let it lead you. You don’t have to know where it is leading you but just trust the next step it is putting in front of you.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Believe the messages from your heart.

-Remember…“You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-New window and doorwall installed.

-One of the workers fell 20+ feet off of the ladder. I am so very grateful that he is ok.

-Picked out my new car.

-Catching up with Susan and Jody.

-A new book.
