For your consideration…

Life can get intense. Sometimes we need intensity to push ourselves out of our comfort zone to move forward. However, often that intensity comes from outside forces. Issue with family/friend drama, job, politics, money, things breaking down, etc. can all cause negative intensity.

Our message today is a reminder we often have. Remember our breath. Our breath goes with us wherever we go. Use it to balance your body chemistry and to calm down. Use it to help relax us. Breathe deep. Release what troubles us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Use our breath to calm us.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-My Alex graduated from Lawrence Tech’s PA school. It was a beautiful dinner and ceremony in a perfect setting on a picture perfect day. I am beyond proud of her. I’m sure Bruce was there cheering her on in Spirit.

-We all went back for more celebrating at Alex and James’.

-Catching up with Mary.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
