For your consideration…

Many times we think of flexibility as it has to do with the body. Certainly it makes our lives easier with a body that is flexible. It benefits us to work to keep it so.

Today’s message, however, is about keeping our mind flexible. It is great to have a plan. But even the best laid plans have a way of going astray. After all, life has a lot of moving part in constant motion. And if we really stop to think about it, it is a miracle that plans come together as well as they do.

A flexible mind allows us to adjust on the fly. It helps us to adapt. And like most everything else, the more we do it the better we are.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Stay flexible.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Space Shuttle Camp cam to an end. It was a fun week.

-My kiddos has so much fun creating as well as climbing trees and playing in the rain water.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Mary and Jackie.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
