For your consideration…
There is no limit to how much our hearts can expand. It is capable of taking in and giving an endless supply of love. It has no limits. The more we give the more we get and visa versa.
We are reminded today that no matter what is going on in ours lives, there is always room for more love…giving and receiving. It is a sure thing.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next sep for my hgihest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Open your heart to more love.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Shannon met Mary and I for breakfast.
-Finally got returns to UPS.
-Car washed.
-Mary came back for another night.
-A good book.
