For your consideration…

Stress not only robs us of peace of mind. It negatively impacts our health.

We are asked today to notice…be aware of our stress and deal with it in the moment or as soon as possible.

Each of us deal with stress differently ie; walk, run, meditate, pray, deep breathing, reading, writing, playing, stillness, etc. Whatever works for us is perfect. We just need to do it and handle our stress as it happens.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm..“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Mediate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Monitor and handle you stress.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day with much needed rain.

-Tyler came and cleaned my gutters.

-Mary spent the night.

-Shannon and Conner came for dinner.

-A good book.
