For your consideration…
I think that one of the miracles and mysteries of life is that immediate overwhelming love parents have at the birth of a child. So I love that today’s message comes in on Father’s Day.
Often we receive messages reminding us that there is always a balance, a flip side. And we are encouraged to not be judgemental. Our attitude is a game changer. We are reminded that we have a choice. We always have a choice.
Today’s message asks us to make a choice. We are asked to choose to see everything and everyone through the eyes of love. Start with ourselves. We have the power to choose love every single time…every single moment. Love is the only thing that can heal the world. It is a powerful tool and we all have it in our life tool box.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-See through the eyes of love.
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-I wanted to walk but knew I had to do it early because the days are really heating up. I walked Lillie Park at 8:00.
-A friend and I went to White Locus Farm. My granddaughter, Mackenzie, met us there. It was a great time.
-A little yard work done.
-A good book.
