For your consideration…

Often we can grow to resent obligations. We can get angry about them or silently stew about them.

Today we are asked to really thing about why that is.

Consider that as we age and/or our attitude changes, we may see them as traditions or character builders. Or we may become honored that we are asked to do them and we can do them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Before we resent obligations, consider a change of attitude.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Lunch with Beth.

-Catching up with both my girls.

-A good book.
