HOPEs Rising blog was launched with its first blog May 9, 2011. Yes, we have been sharing blogs for 13 years. We need to give ourselves a pat on the back for starting and continuing this spiritual journey. I have learned a lot along the way and HOPE you have too.
Today we are reminded that we are lightworkers. We need each other and the world needs more of us. Celebrate YOU tofday.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A crazy weather day…sun and warm to cool and rain.
-A beautiful car ride along the Amalfi coast with a stop in one of my favorite cities, Positano. We then made another stop in Amalfi.
-Dinner out with friends.
-Lots of laughter.
