For your consideration…

I think, for most of us sports cme to mind when we think competition. But competition can come into plane in almost anything in life.

Most of us can probably call to mind a specific person(s) when we think competitive. Perhaps not favorably. At the same time we can think competition is good in sports. We think that valuable lessons can be learned from them for our children.

So once again, like almost everything in life, balance is key. Our message today tells us that competition is a valuable tool in helping us get better at something. When the intention is on bettering ourselves competition is good. It is when the intention is on beating someone else that competition becomes a negative in our life.

This is not a subtle difference. It is key to bettering ourselves.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wher3ver you go, there  can be no darkness.

–Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all”

-Drink lots  of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let competition be a positive lesson in your life.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day in Italy.

-A relatively problem free travel day.

=A wonderful dinner with friends. Lots of fun.

-An early night with a good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
