For your consideration…

We get a good laugh when we see someone talking to themself or when we find ourselves talking to our self. At first thought, that seems crazy.

Our message today says NOT SO. We need to talk to our self. We need to have honest conversations with our self. We need to talk about everything with our self…the good, the bad, and the ugly…all of it.

The conversations we have are between our authentic self and our ego. We need them both. We need to sync them as much as possible. We can not do that unless we are completely honest. We are reminded that when we don’t do this it is out of fear, shame, or disappointment caused by self judgment. Judgment comes from the ego. When we realize this we are asked to suspend it and get back to the honest conversation with our authentic self.

We have all heard the saying, “The truth shall set you free.” Yes, it does. Being completely honest with our self lets us release, heal, grow, in body, mind, and spirit. It promotes trust in our self.

Talking to our self is healthy. We are asked to do it often.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm….“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step fo rmy highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Talk to our self.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-Picked up the happy travelers.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
