For your consideration…
When we listen with our whole self, when we listen with our heart, when we search for truth, we can determine the rhetoric. We can determine what others are trying to plant and make us believe. One thing we know is that we can determine truth because it feels like love. Even if it is not what we want to hear, we still feel loved.
I don’t know about you but I have enough going on in my life. I don’t need to listen to rhetoric that does not serve the highest good. We can choose to not listen. We can choose to reject it.
We are asked to think about this. If we don’t listen, if we tune it out, it loses its power. If the purpose is to force others to listen and they don’t, it is a wasted effort. If the purpose is to change opinions and it doesn’t, it is a waste of time.
We are asked to stay true to ourselves and protect our personal power. Speak only what we know to be true and let the rest of the rhetoric go.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Be true to yourself.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day thunderstorms and all.
-A good walk in.
-Some crafting done.
-A good book.
