For your consideration…
“There is always a flip side.” That is the exact message we are given. If we think about it, how else would the Universe stay in balance.
There is always more to the story. There are always things we know and don’t know. We can never see everything. We see life through our own filters. We develop perceptions and opinions from them.
So we are asked today to not let negative energy over whelm us. The flip side is positive energy. It is always waiting for us flip to it by changing our attitude and our intention.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Remember the flip side.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A great hike with Jul at Silver Lake.
-Good writing done.
-Catching up with Mary and Jody.
-Some shower shopping done.
