For your consideration…

I have done this blog for 12 years and I could be wrong but I do not ever remember being asked to do a reading for our message. I do readings but haven’t done a group blog one. So this is a surprise.

I have many many oracle cards. I was surprised to be guided to one I do not use very much….not sure why. It is a beautiful deck, “Rumi” by Alana Fairchild. I asked what the reading should be about and I was guided to:        Card 1. What needs to be let go. Card 2. What we need to focus on today. Card 3. What we can expect for tomorrow.

The cards are actually reversed in this picture. Dumb me did not account for the “mirror” image. The first card, what we need to let go of is the card on the right. It’s title is Resplendent with Grace. Too often, even most often, we do not see our own splendor, beauty, and grace. We do not see ourselves the way the Universe…God…sees us. We don’t see our worthiness. We are asked today to let fear and self-doubt go. Step up into all that we are meant to be. We are qualified. We are equipped. Now be ready.

The second cad…what we need to focus on today is the middle card entitled “The Angel Razbar.” This card is about contributions. What is it that we want to contribute to society…the Universe. Consider all ie; actions, prayers, support, emotions, inventions, etc. What is it that we would like to contribute? We are assured that Divine Contributions will be made ready for us when we choose.

The third card, the one on the left is called “The Dissolving Light. It is here to guide us on what to expect tomorrow. The star of your inner being is blinding light. It is the sacred seed put within you. It never goes out but we can diminish it with pettiness, untruth, hate, fear, doubts, etc. As we let go of our self-doubt (card 1), focus on our contribution (card 2), we can let the brilliance of our sacred light Guide us and others. We can let go of what we once believed and see what is true. We can find peace and wrap it around ourselves and others.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Follow today’s reading for us.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A chill at home day.

-Catching up with Pam and Mary.

-A good book.

-I watched Conner for his parents “date night.” He is so fun.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
