For your consideration…

We see regeneration all of the time. We look forward to it int the changes of the season. Mother Nature does it so gracefully. She is our example.

Everything changes. Everything has an ending. Sometimes we welcome it. Sometimes we don’t and we want to hold on tight. We are reminded today that we must let go for something even better to take its place.

This is hard to accept when we are losing someone we love. But their journey sanctioned and blessed. Would we deny them this joy? Indeed, from their spiritual home they can more perfectly participate in our earthly one. We just have to accept and be open.

It is also hard to move, change jobs, end friendships, etc. even when they are no longer serving us well. But we are reminded that letting go provides the space for rebirth and joy. It is the cycle of physical and spiritual life.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Let go.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A day of many surprises.

-I know why there are so many homeless animals. It is so expensive keep their shots current. It is literally more expensive for Louie than it is for myself.

-Catching up with Alex and Mary.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
