For your consideration…
We all feel this way sometimes. We feel helpless. We want to help, fix, cure, etc., but feel that we don’t know how or can’t.
Our message today reminds us that this is not true. We can always help because we have an endless supply of love, prayers, HOPE, blessings, etc. to share. We may tend to minimize them but our Guidance tells us that they are more powerful than we can every know. They grow and reverberate around the Universe. We are asked to let go of our ego’s narrative that we are not enough. We are powerful and always have help to those in need of it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take..
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-My love is always helpful.
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day. The sun worked so hard to peek through.
-Catching up with Jackie, Mary, Alex, and Shannon.
-A new book.
-An overdue trip to the nail salon.
