For your consideration…
I had to laugh when today’s message came in via the Bob Marley song, “Everythings Gonna be Alright” because I had just seen a Bob Marley banner hanging from Utila’s Art Center and three different birds were singing as I meditated in the hammock on my back balcony. Once again, there are no coincidences.
This song is simple, joyous, and uplifting. I do not need to say more.
Rise up this mornin’,
Smiled with the risin’ sun,
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin’ sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true,
Sayin’, (“This is my message to you-ou-ou:”)
Singin’: “Don’t worry ’bout a thing,
‘Cause every little thing gonna be all right.”
Singin’: “Don’t worry (don’t worry) ’bout a thing,
‘Cause every little thing gonna be all right!”
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Don’t worry…be happy.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-An afternoon at the beach.
-Louie’s papers are complete for his trip home.
-A good mystery.
