For your consideration…

We may or may not realize it but we are born with fear. The most basic is that our needs will not be met. Throughout our lives we must face and choose how we deal with fear.

It should be noted that sometimes fear is hard to over come because is is a carryover from a past life. My youngest daughter was born terrified of storms . It is from a past life occurrence. Until she goes back and deals with it this fear will probably never go away. The best she can do is try to deal with it.

Fears that our needs will not be met is real. Part of life is learning how to deal with those fears. First we need to notice them. Let them come to the surface and ask are they real and if so justified.

As we progress through life, we gain life experience. We develop a belief system…or not. We gain wisdom and learn life lessons. The very basic example for most of us is food. Do we really need to horde it? How much do we end up wasting? Our life experience has shown us that we do not need to fear lack. For some countries this is not the case but in the developed countries it is.

Fear is brought up today because sometimes we have learned our lessons. We have the history behind us supporting them and yet we still hang onto fear. We let fear limit us. We are asked to be aware. Notice the fear. Ask if it is justified and real. Look at our history. Be willing to take a calculated risk for the chance of growing,   expanding, and learning new life lessons. They will broaden our perspective.

There is an exception. When our gut…our instinct…senses fear, we should ALWAYS listen and follow it.

From the moment we are born we are won day closer to death. There are no guarantee for the next moment. Limiting ourselves with unjustified fear will not stop our  physical life and death process. So we are asked to not let it hold us back. Instead we are asked to believe in ourselves and our Guidance.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of others.?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Notice your fear, Study it. Is it justified? Decide how you want to conquer it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Some beach time.

-Louie and I went on a sunset boat ride. There were 4 college students on spring break. It was so fun.

-Then we ran into our new Oklahoma and Texas friends  while ordering a pizza. They are leaving today for Guatemala so we were lucky to see them again.

-A new book series.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
