For your consideration….
I love this picture. Perhaps I have even used it before. I love it because I see and feel peace, confidence, HOPE, power, perfection, belief in self, possibilities, completeness and Oneness when I look at it.
This is us. This is what we look like in our authentic form. We were born perfect with all of the above in our life tool box. We but need to remember they are there and use them.
The number 10 also showed up today. The number ten represents “new beginnings with experience and with a higher frequency of understanding.” (The Dream Book by Bette Bethards).
Indeed this is exactly where we are at. We are starting a new period on earth and many of us are waking up and gaining a higher frequency of understanding. Initially we may feel that life is way more complex than we thought. But as we wake up and learn more we realize it is way simpler than we knew.
We need only remember our perfection and begin operating from it. From our perfection we can manifest the life we desire. We have always been able to do this. In fact, we do this on a regular basis. Unfortunately we get what we “think and feel” we deserve. We manifest the doubts we have.
But as the number 10 reminds us we are beginning anew. We know our perfection and the power it carries. By joyous, Dear Ones. The message today could not be more HOPEful.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate on your perfection….you authentic self.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get out doors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Cleanse out the old and breath in the new.
-Stretch or walk…..exercise…..just move.
-Journal what your perfect self looks like. Live those feelings.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Dude and I were snowed in warm and cozy at Stillwater.
-Turkey soup.
-Nick talked for the first time in 45 days. God is good.
-A new start to my book and I like it.
-I watched the movie “The Holiday”. Yup, just a feel good chick flick.
-All of my family is aglow and joyous. I am blessed.
-Touching base with Regina and Jackie.
