For your consideration…
For anyone who has children, you can relate. When they respond to your question with an exasperation or eye roll, you know they thought the question was ridiculous.
That is how today’s message today came in. My daughter, Alex, used to fly for the Navy. As we checked in with each other, it was natural to ask how her day way. After one of her days flying I asked, “How was the flight with all of the cloudy weather?” “Mom, we fly above the clouds. It is always sunny.” she replied. Well duh, who knew.
We are reminded today that the sun is always shining even when we can’t see it through the clouds. Likewise, blessings and opportunities are always waiting for us in the present moment even when our trials, troubles, worries, etc. are trying to cloud over them. Let them go. Rise above them.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Rise above.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
=Catching up with Jody, Lori, Conner, and Alex.
-A good book.
-A night walk. We stopped for a beer and met some great people from Texas.
