The 10 Biggest Regrets In Life & How To Avoid Them

For your consideration…

Today’s message is about specific regrets. I recognized the message when it was given but I had to go back and find the quote that went with it. It is this quote by Paul Arden, “It is better to regret what you  done than what you haven’t.”

We all have regrets. The key is to turn them into lessons learned and be grateful for them. We can do that with things we have done.

There is no way to do that with what we haven’t done. If we have not tried, we can never know what we have missed. Throughout our lives we receive those little nudges, those random ideas, those sudden hints. These are from our Guidance. All to often we we ignore them. We second guess ourselves. We let our ego overrule authentic self.

Today we asked to consider stepping out of the box. Do something new. Do something you have thought might be fun or something you would like to learn. Go someplace new. Go to a different hangout and meet new people. ETC.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Take a chance on something new.

What made me smile yesterday.,..

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Mary, Conner, Alex, and Dianne.

-A good beach day.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
