For your consideration…

Our mind is a powerful tool. It is shame to waste it.

The brain coordinates our body functions. It also holds our ego. That is a lot going on up there. No wonder it is hard sometimes to meditate or do mindfullness. Yet it is in the quiet that we can gain control and use our mind to its fullest capability.

We are asked today to not give up on quieting our mind. It is the gateway to finding our authentic self and our true power.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is the next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

–Practice mindfullness.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A lot of good writing done.

-A peaceful beach afternoon.

-A great evening walk.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
