For your consideration…

Habits and routines are good for us, until they aren’t.

I think about learning to meditate. It is suggested that the easiest way is to find a time and place and do it daily creating a habit. Most of us probably have a morning routine. It helps us to start our day. Or perhaps we have a exercise routine. These are good and serve us well until we find ourselves procrastinating.. That is the signal that tells us we need to change things up. For instance, if we find ourselves avoiding morning meditating or exercise, then do another time of the day. Replace it with something fun, something that will once again energize and excite you.

We have the power to change things up to serve us better.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Change things up when you find yourself procrastinating.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Bob and Kathy. Both are doing much better.

-A good book.

-Louie and I got a good walk in and went out to dinner.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
