For your consideration…
I feel as though today’s message is connected to yesterday’s about checking in with ourselves. Personally, the messages I pull for myself to journal are much the same. Yesterday was Serendipity and today Exchanging Gifts.
Absolutely everything contains energy. Every interaction is an exchange of energy.
Yesterday we were asked to check in with ourselves and figure out were we stood. Today reminds us that we are sharing that energy with the Universe whether we are aware or not. Every single person is sharing their energy. So it positive or negative energy winning? Which side are we on? Do we want the negative Nancys of the world to overpower us? Or do we want to contribute to the positive energy that sees and acknowledges all of our blessings, all of the light, all of the love, all of the opportunities and possibilities, etc.?
The thing about checking in with ourselves is that we have an opportunity to correct our energy if we don’t like it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember, you are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water.
-Be aware of your energy.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Many technical issues resolved. HOPEfully I can get my Microsoft ones fixed soon.
-Even though it rained for part of the day, Louie and I managed to get almost 3 miles in wailing.
-We found a great little place to have a cold one and watch the sunset.
-Finished a good book series.
