For your consideration…

All of us have times in our lives where we have felt like a loser. Perhaps it is because we actually were competing in a competition or race. But sometimes it is in our job, or within the dynamics of our family, or during raising our children, in school, etc.

Our message today tells us it does not matter. We are not a loser unless we tell ourselves we are. Even if we did not win the race, we took the initiative and competed. Just because things do not turn out the way we think does not mean we lost or that we are a loser. We always gain experience and knowledge whether we win or lose. That is the first part of the message.

The second part gives the example of a book. Every story has a protagonist and antagonist. Without them the plot of the story does not work. So each is important. In every situation, every moment each of us are important to the story. There are no losers except the ones who tell themselves they are.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray,,,ask…”What is the next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Honor yourself and all your contributions. You are a key part of the story.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A trip to Chianti country including a beautiful winery with a magical energy, fabulous lunch, a visit to the American WWII memorial, and of course shopping.

-A video call with Shannon.

-A late night walk and stop for gelato.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
