For your consideration…

On a cold winter’s day in Michigan we get sent hot dogs as examples for our message. Hot dogs are simple foods. Everyone dresses them up differently.

We are human beings sharing a human experience. We are reminded today to make every part of that experience our own. Add our own “stamp” to each moment. Don’t follow the crowd or even another person. Dare to be different and deliver your spirit.

Remember this Cass Elliot quote.

You’ve got to make your own kind of music, sing your own special song, make your own kind of music even if nobody else sings along.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next steps for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Dress up your own life.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A busy morning with Bob.

-Lots of writing done.

-Sharing sorrow and happy memories with Jackie.

-Catching up with Alex and Julie.

-A fun bingo night.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
