For your consideration…

Whoops…Stop…Breathe.

It doesn’t matter the day of the week or time of the year. Every one of us needs to take time for ourselves. We need to stop and take care of us. We need to schedule a time each day that is just for us. It doesn’t have to be a long period but it just needs to happen.

Too many of us think we can wait to the weekend, a day off, vacation, etc. to stop, relax, and take care of ourselves. But it doesn’t work that way.

Remember a week or so ago when we were asked to get a head start on New Year’s resolutions so that we would be prepped and ready so that we have a better chance of being successful with them? This is a resolution that should be on every one of our resolution lists. Put it on your phone, calendar, set an alarm, etc. Schedule ME time each day.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Schedule ME time daily.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-More baking done.

-Lunch with Bob and I got him to his PT and OT appointments.

-Alex and Conner came for dinner.

-A new book.
